Archana Singh
She is excited for her new beginnings at the Inspired Group of learning schools (Greater London) UK. The first step to this new journey started in the year 2017 when she joined NPTT by Study Hall Educational Foundation. She joined at the age of 28 years after admitting her son to school and since then she hasn't looked back.

She was looking for a career she could take forward consistently with her family commitments.At the age of 42 with B.A and PG Diploma in Garment Manufacturing from NIFT Mumbai, trained Storyteller from Kathalaya, Bangalore she stuck a chord with NPTT course by Study Hall Educational Foundation. Currently she is working at Kunskapsskolan School Lucknow and pursuing B Ed to upskill herself.
Soni Srivastava
She is a creative and an empathetic teacher at Prerna girls school by shef. She joined NPTT in 2016 at the age of 42. She was a postgraduate but didn't have a direction to make her life meaningful to the society. She honed her creative skills and regained her confidence during her apprenticeship at Study Hall.
Ekta Singhal
She is a very creative and compassionate teacher at Prep school,pre primary section of Study Hall School. NPTT for her was a game changer of her life. She joined NPTT in 2019 at the age of 42. This course equipped her with the essential 21st century skills, enlightening her path for a successful career. It also helped her to enhance her personal attributes and virtues.
Farzana
Farzana was aspiring for a career in academics after completing her post graduation. She joined NPTT course in 2017. To her pleasant surprise this course was a stepping stone in her career. Her critical and creative thinking skill developed manifolds, thereby boosting her confidence immensely. The energy and passion through which every topic is taught in class, inspires one from within and wants her to become that change in the academic field. She is a passionate teacher in Study Hall, Kanpur road branch at Lucknow.
Anubha
Due to family obligations Anubha took a long break from her career.Once her children started going to school, she joined NPTT Course in 2019 at the age of 40. This beautifully designed and crafted course provided her just the right kick to RESTART the second innings of her career. The apprenticeship model of the course integrates theory and practical. From day one, the trainees put their knowledge to use in various units of shef schools, as they are placed as assistant teachers.
Bhavna Bose
Bhavna Bose was a qualified engineer when she joined NPTT in 2017 at the age of 34. After a long break from her career she was low in self esteem and had a lot of self doubt. she feels that the very elaborate training in Nursery and Primary education is not just about teaching skills, It is much more than that. This course changed her outlook towards the world and her surroundings. The discussions and critical dialogue about women empowerment and self management helped her at many levels. She felt well equipped to achieve her goals and joined VIBGYOR school in lucknow. That was a stepping stone in her career in education. Right now she is a Professor in an engineering college and still refers to the training imparted to her in NPTT. She says "This course has made me a good teacher and better human being".
Milly
Milly joined NPTT course in the year 2019 at the age of 42. The one year certification course offered by SHEF transformed her life to ninety degrees. She had completed her graduation and was aspiring to make her life meaningful with a career in academics. Nursery and primary teacher training highly boosted her self confidence and self esteem. She learned the meaning of inclusive, interactive and holistic classrooms. She learned the importance of teamwork. Milly says "lectures by SHEF resource persons broadened the outlook enhanced thinking skills. Motivational speeches, workshops and different activities added to our learnings... everything about this course is excellent"
Kiran
Kiran holds a postgraduate degree in English and Diploma in Electronics Engineering. She joined NPTT in the year 2023 at the age of 35. This training has been life changing for her. She feels enriched in many ways apart from academics. The one most important thing she will take away is to live life everyday as 'WHO AM I ?' She has learnt to allow herself to be her authentic self. The dedicated mentors provide their unconditional support and hand holding right from the beginning till the completion of course and even after. The NPTT course is very helpful to her as it has boosted her self confidence immensely. Now she is able to create the conditions to empower herself and in turn empower others.
Ritika
Ritika joined NPTT program in the year 2021. This course gave her a new lease of life. She is immensely thankful to her mentors for helping her groom and preparing her for the challenges in the teaching sector. The flexible and professional environment for learning provides the opportunity to explore ourselves. Mentors provide a very practical, experiential approach to teaching of subjects along with theory that is interesting, not boring.This course covers each and every aspect of life to be a good human being. Kriti
Kriti joined NPTT in the year 2022 at the age of 33. She loved the hands on practice that was incorporated in this course and helped her shape her idea of teaching and how to engage students. It's a perfect blend of Montessori, Child psychology, inclusivity and holistic learning. She praised the mentors as they are amazing and very supportive, identifying and addressing our specific needs. They not only focus on studies but also on personality development and confidence building. She is happy that her teaching career started with SHEF, that helped her in personality development, communication skills, understanding individual differences, teamwork, leadership skills etc.
Akanksha
Akanksha joined Nptt at the age of 38 in the year 2021. It has been a life changing journey for her, with a unique combination of learning and self discovery. She feels that It is just not a teaching course but one which every girl/ woman /mother should do for self actualization. It has made her believe in herself, and regain her shattered self confidence. She says' The trainers created a great atmosphere of learning, sharing thoughts and ideas, collaboration, cooperation and above all friendliness in the classroom.
